How can I get my eMac to work more effectively?
I had my eMac (Mac 10.4.11) for about 4 years. I updated my software (option for updating software in the apple) and removed some old stuff that do not need, like music and documents and images. But I want to work even better, because I need this computer to last at least two and a half years old. Oh, and if there is an inexpensive way to do this if Please note that because I, frankly, poor. The main menu and run maintenance scripts every month … http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/17111 Basically, just treat it like a baby. 04/10/11 I'm using an iMac, have been two years now, making a lot of graphics, Video Editing, parallel documents, video, music, blah, blah, blah, everything in it, and shows no signs of slowing down … but they treat me like a baby. Keep this in day, run maintenance scripts, clear caches internet / history / cookies, etc. from time to time … And would not hurt to have an antivirus (not needed but certainly it is not painful, and makes it especially if your Mac is networked with a PC) …
