When Apple says they will replace my "motherboard", what are they replaced?
I took my Macbook Pro in use today because the Video Card has failed. I was told the logic board should be replaced. I guess the Video Card will be replaced. Other than that, something else is going to be replaced? The processor? Front Side Bus? All? @ Tony – I know what a motherboard, but my question is, what exactly are also replace video card? The processor? The fans? What?
A logic board is Apple Macintosh equivalent of a motherboard. The term was invented logic board in the 1980s, when the compact Macs at the same time were two separate circuit components
