How can I optimize my Quad Core Q6600?
I have the Intel Core 2 Q6600 quad Core Processor and I would know of software then uses all four cores. Games, Video Editing, multimedia applications, etc. I know that the encryption software used four hearts, but specific programs that actually do. There are also programs that can assign different threads of a core software specific so that all programs on my PC does not work outside the same base.
Not much now. I think there are a couple of games that use two cores. No program which assigns to everything is managed by your Operating System. I think Vista does it better then XP. (In other words, if a core gets over 50%, try switching to another database). Is currently waiting for software to catch up with the hardware. Programs in the future and make better use of the way whose nuclei each time you have. (Intel and comes with a Core 6, this fall.)
